4th Edition? 4TH EDITION? Are they serious? Is Dungeons and Dragons what it used to be or is it now just a cash cow for Wizards? Why do they continue to betray the gaming community in the name of the mighty greenback?
I think it's a case of "everybody's playing it so it must be good" rather than "hey this is a good book."
You also have to admit that their production values (because they have the money to throw at it) are matched by very few.
Gyah, I'm almost defending them. Personally I don't think they should be in there. Maybe we need to start and award ceremony that doesn't include WOTC and see what comes of it.
You know what the sad part is? 4th Ed swept a lot of their categories.
